MRS to Further Enable Strategic Growth Opportunities for Blackstone and Its Clients.
The digital IT services and solutions firm, Blackstone Technology Group announced the launch of a new Managed Resource Services (MRS) offering for its talent sourcing division. A division of Blackstone, Blackstone Talent Group has been providing contract, permanent, and retained executive search to its clients spread over a plethora of government, commercial, and non-profit organizations across the U.S. And now, it has also started with offering Managed Resource Services in order to help its client adapt to the ever-changing demands of the digital world.
Ken Hans, VP of Sales for Blackstone Talent Group said, “We’re excited about what MRS represents for our division’s capability to support our clients’ evolving needs. With MRS, we can now offer clients an ability to deliver right-sized teams and/or professional capabilities, with a fast ramp, in the locations our clients need them across the country.”
Managed Resource Services Already a Hit Among Clients!
Hans further clarified that the company had already witnessed success with its managed resource services earlier the year in the digital/high tech, financial services, and healthcare industries. The plan was to continue with the growth of the service with more clients and industries.
Earlier delivering the value-driven contract, permanent placement, and retained executive search services, the Blackstone Talent Group has recently upgraded its offerings to include MRS (managed resource services) which delivers enhanced resource capabilities that can support building out strategic and/or tactical teams and offers the potential for customers at scale. The company has been able to source some of the most talented professionals in the areas of Cybersecurity, DevOps, data science/Big data, cloud, and digital UI development for its clients over the course years it has been into existence.

Eric Swanson, Executive Director of Blackstone Talent, thinks that offering managed resource services radically increases the resourcing capabilities Blackstone Talent can bring to its client base. “And it’s resonating with our clients because MRS enables us to own more of the resourcing lifecycle, reduce our clients’ burden with it, while at the same time ensuring our resources deliver against our clients’ objectives,” he quoted.
