AI Recruitment Start-up Talview Partners With LinkedIn Talent Hub to Offer Video Interviewing

Talview, an Artificial Intelligence-powered video interviewing platform, announced its integration with LinkedIn’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Talent Hub. LinkedIn Talent Hub helps companies with sourcing, managing, and hiring candidates, all from one platform. The latest addition to the platform provides them with the option of conducting live interviews directly from Talent Hub.

The AI-powered Instahiring Experience platform by Talview makes use of three techniques to bring down the time-to-hire drastically. It automates routine recruiting tasks, provides an option to conduct interviews and assessments anytime, and captures/uses data from across the entire hiring process. The use of Video Analytics, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and computer vision helps improve hiring time by up to 60% while providing an outstanding candidate experience. Talent Hub also provides organizations with insights throughout the hiring process which helps them make better talent decisions and outdo their competitions. LinkedIn Talent Hub boasts of over 645 million members.

The live interview feature on LinkedIn Talent Hub powered by Talview will help recruiters to interview candidates anytime and anywhere. They would be better able to assess the coding, writing, and speaking skills of the candidates, in addition to gauging their soft skills. Furthermore, the platform will also help them verify the authenticity of candidates.
