- Dr. Nathan Mondragon – Serving as HireVue’s Chief Industrial Organizational Psychologist, Dr. Mondragon brings more than 20 years’ experience of blending talent management and technology solutions. He is recognized as one of the pioneers in creating web-based assessment tools for professional hiring at leading organizations including Oracle, Dell and Taleo. In addition, he was the lead IO on a team that delivered the first ever integrated online selection assessment in 1996.
