In the new episode, Kelly Grier, EY’s US Chairman and Managing Partner and Americas Managing Partner, says that if you want to drive a powerful business, you must have a powerful talent agenda. At the leading global professional services company, more than 66 percent of its workforce is comprised of Millennials, who she says thrive on the opportunity to innovate. Grier also explains that “Innovation By All” is part of the firm’s daily conversation because it must lead by example to help clients as they experience a rapid rate of change in the marketplace.
