The US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) issued Fuze US Patent No.10,191,951. This innovation addresses methods and systems that map topic-based communications to user knowledge scores. The patent covers constructing a generative statistical model by identifying words in communications (e.g. emails, text messages, instant messages, calendar invites, videos, and phone calls) between members of an organization to calculate a topic strength for each employee.
