Wherever you are in the world, whichever industry you belong to, if you are part of a Human Resource team, the key parameters of your overall tasks will always revolve around hiring the right talent, retaining them, engaging with them, while at the same time constantly motivating them. Human nature is complex and having to manage people has always been tricky.

Here are a few HR Tech leaders who have not only aced the human resource management game but have also shone light on the fact that implementation of the right kind of HR technology can actually eliminate the challenges of traditional HR.

  • Laszlo Bock, CEO and Co-Founder of Humu

Laszlo Bock, CEO and Co-founder of Humu is a seasoned HR veteran with an experience of around two decades in the HR industry. Humu, came into existence in 2017 to help companies use behavioral science and machine learning to build stronger teams. Laszlo in his past has served as a SVP of People Operations in Google. During his tenure at Google, the company received titles like the best company to work for. He is the author of “WORK RULES!
