He has worked with organizations across multiple industries, including the world’s largest publicly traded employer, Fortune 500 firms, and small start-up firms.

Rubin joins Korn Ferry from Perceptyx, Inc., a computer software company, where he was an executive consultant. Prior to that, Rubin held several leadership positions with other firms in the HR consulting industry, in consulting, operating leader, and account leader roles. At these firms, he worked with clients to improve employee engagement, leadership alignment, and talent management.

Rubin holds a bachelor’s in journalism, with a minor in mathematics, from The Ohio State University, and a Master of Business Administration, specialized in organizational behavior and operations management, from the University of Michigan.
