Wellness Workdays, a leading provider of corporate wellness programs, awarded a Best Wellness EmployerGold Certification to A.I.M. Mutual Insurance for the third year in a row. The Best Wellness Employer program, developed in collaboration with Harvard Medical School, recognizes the achievements of employers dedicated to improving employee health and well-being. A.I.M. Mutual is one of only five organizations to earn a Gold Certification for the last three years in a row.
To qualify, employers must meet rigorous evaluation standards in four categories: Assessment, Strategy, Implementation and Evaluation. Experts from Wellness Workdays, Harvard Medical School and many other leading organizations developed the evaluation standards for the eligibility requirements.
“We are proud to receive this distinguished certification for our initiatives to improve the health and well-being of our employees,” said Martha Gagnon, Employee Benefits and Wellness Specialist. “We are committed to delivering best-in-class corporate wellness programs that inspire and motivate our employees to live healthier lives.”
A.I.M. Mutual’s wellness initiatives demonstrate a strong commitment to employee health, according to Debra Wein, CEO of Wellness Workdays. She cited the company’s high rankings in each of the four survey categories, highlighting their strong commitment to employee well-being, and structured plan for assessing and implementing wellness strategies.
